Featured spots help Bitcoin businesses get discovered. Payment determines the featured ranking; it does not make a business more trustworthy or change the ordinary directory order.
Get verified before you pay.
Claim an existing business or add a new one. We check your authority to represent it and evidence that customers can actually pay with Bitcoin. Claiming, verification, and ordinary listings are free.
For ownership, provide a page identifying your role, proof of domain control, or a way to confirm your authority using the business’s independently published contact details. A reviewer checks this evidence; a self-declaration alone is not approval.
For online shops, provide the live Bitcoin checkout URL and steps to reach the Bitcoin or Lightning payment option. For retail businesses, provide current payment instructions and evidence of a working point of sale that can be independently checked. A Bitcoin logo or an old map entry is not enough on its own. Never send private keys, seed phrases, or customer payment details.
Verification lasts 90 days. Renew it for free to keep eligibility. Expired or withdrawn verification pauses featured visibility and new payments until approved again. The paid total is retained; it is not a new charge.
Three spots. All places.
All places has three featured spots worldwide. Categories do not offer featured placements. Featured spots are independent of the map area, search query, and filters. The ordinary discovery list remains searchable and ordered by the customer’s chosen sort.
New bids start at $1,000 USD. Use whole US dollars, up to $999,999. Your ranking total is the sum of confirmed payments on that board, less refunds and disputed payments. Higher totals rank first; ties go to the earlier recorded confirmed bid.
A new bid must reach the current top three to start checkout. Taking first place requires at least $5 more than the leader. You can raise your existing total by at least $1 and pay only the difference. Only the three highest eligible totals are displayed.
Your position is determined when payment is confirmed. Another merchant can pay more during checkout or later, so a particular rank, duration, traffic, or number of customers is not guaranteed. Bids do not have a time-based expiry or automatic renewal. You remain featured while your paid total is in the top three and verification is current.
One payment, clearly confirmed.
Stripe collects your card details on its secure checkout. SatsEra never stores your full card number. This is a one-time advertising payment in USD, not a deposit, subscription, or payment for shopping at the merchant. The checkout displays the amount you will pay.
Only a payment confirmed by Stripe counts. Cancelled, failed, or incomplete checkouts do not add to your total. Returning to the success page alone cannot activate a bid.
Being outbid does not trigger an automatic refund or another charge. If verification is withdrawn during an unfinished checkout and a payment still completes, the new ineligible payment is submitted to Stripe for a refund. Refund timing is determined by Stripe and your bank. Refunds reduce the paid ranking total; disputed payments do not count while unresolved.
For a payment issue, open your featured dashboard and use Check status. A verification reviewer can see payments needing review. Do not send card or wallet details in a business submission.
